CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

 

Cancellations within 24 Hours

 

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a rebooking fee will apply to secure your next appointment.

 

No-Shows

 

If you miss your appointment without notice (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. This must be paid before rebooking any future appointments.
